Registration Dates & Deadlines:

* Early bird registration closes at midnight August 15, 2012.
* The hotel block rate expires at 5:00 pm on October 5, 2012. To register using the conference discount, use this link and the code "ECWC". There are a limited number of rooms available at this rate.

For those who don't plan to pitch but want feedback on a query, the Query Clinic is for you. Choose Query Clinic and select either Alexandra Machinist or Holly Root to spend time with them in a casual setting to learn all you need to know to put your best foot forward with your query—the most important sales tool you have in your author arsenal. Selecting Query Clinic allows you to submit your own query for their expert advice. And who knows? While it's not guaranteed, your query letter could lead to a request.

with Goat Cheese Herb Spread and Fresh Arugula on Focaccia Bread

Petite Grilled Steak Sandwich -
with Beechers Cheddar, Watercress, with Horsradish Spread on a Herb Roll

Add-on Master Class with Margie Lawson -
Writing Body Language and Dialogue Cues Like a Psychologist is offered Friday, October 28 - 9:00am to 1:00pm. Learn how to write body language and dialogue cues from a kinesics specialist! Do you want to help check people in at registration? Would you like to offer a ride between the airport and hotel for an editor or agent? Show off your water pouring skills during the Book Fair? Want to help out, but not sure who to contact? On your registration form, tell us what you'd like to do, or just indicate that you're open to suggestion. We'll pass your name on to the Volunteer Coordinator, and she'll get back to you.
