Want to test drive your query letter? Want to get an aquiring agent’s eye on a query for a new idea? How about learning the components of a successful query letter? If the answer to any of these is yes, then the Query Clinic is for you. Spend an hour with Alexandra Machinist or Holly Root and learn all you need to know to put your best foot forward with your query—the most important sales tool you have in your author arsenal.  

Space is limited and assignments are made based on the order of completed attendee registration. Information on submitting your query letter will be provided after registration.

Please remember to bring additional cash for the raffle tickets! The Book Fair will have a (quicker) cash-only line as well. Remember, ticket sales help make the conference possible and a portion of the Book Fair proceeds go to DAWN.

Registration Dates & Deadlines:

• The hotel block rate expires at 5:00 pm on October 3, 2012.

Refunds and Return Check Policy:

• Refunds will be made, less a $25 processing fee, until September 28, 2012.
• Requests for refunds made between September 28, 2012 and October 12, 2012 will be made, less a $50 processing fee.
• Refunds after October 12, 2012 can be made for documented, serious medical reasons only (yourself or immediate family member), less a $50 processing fee.
• There is a $25 returned check fee.
