Registration Dates & Deadlines:
* Emerald City Opener Contest entries must be received by midnight PDT by June 1, 2009.
* Early bird registration is closed.
* The hotel block rate expires September 17, 2008.
* Registration closes September 30, 2009, or when filled.

Want to moderate a workshop, but not sure who is presenting? Would you like a few extra minutes to chat about pacing? Perhaps you need a little more help with climbing out of the slush pile? Want to find a little more spice in your story? We have all that and much, much more on the detailed list of workshops for 2009. The full workshop schedule is subject to change and will be made available in late July or early August. Sign up during registration to add your name to the list and be a part of the Mod Squad.

Do you want to help check people in at registration? Would you like to offer a ride between the airport and hotel for an editor or agent? Show off your water pouring skills during the Book Fair? Want to help out, but not sure who to contact? On your registration form, list some of the items you might like to do and we'll pass your name on to the Hospitality coordinator for more information.

Pre-buy Raffle Tickets -
Again this year the ECWC Conference Team is offering raffle tickets for purchase during registration. This is a one time deal, during registration, to purchase raffle tickets ahead of time. The tickets purchased are added to your registration fee and can be paid with a credit card via PayPal. If you choose to pre-buy, Raffle Tickets will be included in your conference packet at check-in. Of course, we will still be selling tickets during the conference as we have in the past.
