2012 Book Fair Participation Form

Book Fair Date/Time: Saturday, October 27, 2012, 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm

We have updated this web form to better serve you and our bookseller.
Please read everything carefully.

A copy of the information entered below will be displayed on the confirmation page and forwarded to you via email. If you don't see the email after about 10 minutes, check your spam folder or box, it might be hiding there. A follow-up email will only be sent in the event the bookseller needs more information or cannot order the books submitted.

If you do not receive an email confirmation of your submission, please contact Book Fair Co-Chairs, and be sure to provide your phone number.

NOTE: If any of your titles are Print-On-Demand, Self-published, E-Published, or if you wish to supply your own books, special arrangements will need to be made with the book seller. Please contact the Book Fair Co-Chairs for more information.

Trading Cards: If you will be bringing Romance Trading Cards, please mention this in the comments section at the bottom of the form. We plan to have a list of writers with cards in the program and book fair ads.

We are pleased to donate a portion of the Book Fair proceeds to a local charity. This year we have selected D.A.W.N. (Domestic Abuse Women's Network).

NOTE: Books ordered after September 2, 2012 are not guaranteed to be available for the conference.

Please provide the following information so our bookseller can order your books and properly account for the sales of your books. All sales at the 2012 ECWC Book Fair must be made through bookseller who will collect Washington State sales taxes.

NOTE: If bookseller is unable to obtain your titles, we will notify you as quickly as possible so alternative arrangements may be made.

Due to space constraints, we are unable to have a bookroom during the ECWC, but reference books will be available for sale during the bookfair.
